Production Times & Shipping

Production Time:

DomeTag offers some of the fastest turnaround times in the custom domed label industry. Most orders are produced within 3-5 days. Turnaround time is defined as the time from when the proof is approved until the order ships. Larger orders or more complex orders may require additional time.

You will be provided with a proof for your order typically within 24 hours of submitting your order. Once you approve your proof we will start on production of your order.

Shipping:

DomeTag can ship labels within the U.S. or internationally. All DomeTag orders are produced at our plant in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shipping options within the United States include:

1 Day AM (delivery next day by 8:30 am)
1 Day (delivery next day by 10:30 am)
1 Day PM (delivery next day by 3 pm)
2 Day AM (delivery 2 days by 8:30 am)
2 Day
3 Day
Ground (See Map)

Shipping times refer to the number of business days in transit and do not include the day the package is picked up, weekends or holidays.

Let us know at the time you submit your order if you want us to charge your shipment to your UPS or FedEx account number.

If you are in the Salt Lake City area, you are also welcome to pick-up your labels directly from our facility.

Shipping transit times vary and DomeTag assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. DomeTag’s responsibility is limited to preparing your order and submitting it to the carrier for shipping. DomeTag is not liable for damage that occurs in shipping.

Blind Shipping: If you are a reseller, we can blind ship your domed label order. Blind shipping is a way to send products directly from DomeTag without showing our name or address. The “From” address that the recipient sees is the address that you provide instead of our address.
